There are already two groups in Sydney who have started building networks along the lines of BrisMesh. These groups are SWAG (Sydney Wireless Access Group) www.sydney.air.net.auand SydneyWireless www.sydneywireless.comThese two groups are working together on the idea and at the moment, running a single node DB @ www.sydneywireless.com/db2If you haven't already done so, go there and add your node, then if you want, go and subscribe to the SWAG mailing list to keep up to date with all the going-ons. SWAG should have about $4000 worth of gear arriving in the next day or two from TW to set up their initial nodes (around the hills area) and SydneyWireless should have first nodes up soon as well. The plan is for both networks to connect ASAP, so deciding which one to connect to isn't an issue, it's more which one has the closest access to you at the moment.
